Can I hire you to design something?
Abso-possibly. We are often interested in new projects and occasionally offer a variety of design services (posters, logos, and shirts to name a few). Please contact Darin and he can discuss your project. Please be as specific as possible when inquiring about a job or an estimate (subject, time frame, budget, etc.).
What's an artist edition
or artist proofs?
A lot of posters available on the site are labeled AE (artist edition) or AP (artist proofs). They're basically the same and represent a small run of prints, separate from the main edition, that are intended for the artist's collection. By nature, AE's and AP's are more exclusive than the regular edition and are, consequently, often considered higher in value.
What is your shipping process/ policy with posters?
All posters and prints purchased are wrapped in kraft paper, carefully rolled, and shipped
securely in a sturdy Yazoo Mills poster tube.
Domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with a few exceptions.
Orders are typically shipped no later than 5 business days after the order is placed (with a few holiday and travel exceptions). In the event of a big release, it can take up to two weeks to be shipped. If you need your order sooner, just contact us and we'll see if we can accommodate you.
Note: Once shipped, orders SHOULD take approximately 2-5 days to reach their destination. The USPS states that anything shipped Priority will arrive in 1-3 days in the continental US. Most of the time that is the case, but every now and then they like to take posters for a little ride. If this occurs, reach out and we'll look into it.
Do you ship internationally?
With most items...yes. We ship via USPS International Priority.
What is your return/ exchange policy?
Posters: All sales are final and we do not accept returns unless an item is damaged.
Regardless of the precautionary measures taken to secure the safe delivery of posters ordered, the occasional damaged item will still occur. If you receive a damaged product and would like an exchange (if available) or refund, please contact us within 7 days. We will request a few photos of the damage in order to file a claim with the USPS. In some cases (depending on the damage), goods will need to be returned to the studio in the original condition received. Please do not throw away the item or any of the packaging until this is resolved.
Shirts: Please view the Bella Canvas size chart, the Tultex size chart and the Alstyle size chart prior to ordering. If you would like to return a shirt due to it being an undesirable size, the shirt must be unwashed, unworn AND returned in it's original condition at the buyer's expense. Then an exchange or refund will be offered for the original amount MINUS shipping costs. So again, please take a moment to read the measurement chart for the shirt being considered.
If we mistakenly ship the wrong size from what was ordered, we will gladly cover the cost of returning the shirt plus the cost of shipping the correct size...or will issue a full refund.

how do i flatten my print?
Most prints, after removing from the shipping tube, will remain in a curled position. There are several ways to correct this but I personally do the following:
1. Lay the print (and kraft paper) out on a dry, clean surface that is larger than the print.
2. Put a clean sheet of paper on each of the corners.
3. Softly place a heavy object (such as a book) on top of the sheet of paper, essentially weighing down that corner.
4. Repeat steps 2 & 3 for each corner.
5. Allow print to sit in this position for a few days...depending on how tight the curl is.
